Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.timesnownews.com/amp/the-buzz/article/no-google-pay-no-phone-pe-direct-pocket-pe-video-of-traffic-cop-taking-bribe-goes-viral-netizens-react/696380
2. Scroll down the page to "Watch the viral video here".
3. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
Twitter embedded video loads.

Actual Behavior:
Twitter embedded video doesn't load.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard enabled.

We have blocked the twitter.com and twimg.com for tracking protection and social tracking protection. Add both sites to the skipURLs of tracking protection and social tracking protection can make the video to be loaded again.

The issue is still reproducible.
