Operating System: Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.timesnownews.com/amp/the-buzz/article/no-google-pay-no-phone-pe-direct-pocket-pe-video-of-traffic-cop-taking-bribe-goes-viral-netizens-react/696380
2. Scroll down the page to "Watch the viral video here".
3. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
Twitter embedded video loads.

Actual Behavior:
Twitter embedded video doesn't load.

Notes:

2. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard enabled.

We have blocked the twitter.com and twimg.com for tracking protection and social tracking protection. Add both sites to the skipURLs of tracking protection and social tracking protection can make the video to be loaded again.

The issue is still reproducible.

Hello! This issue is still reproducible with firefox 134.0a1(2020-10-29) and with 139.0a1(2025-04-08) on Ubuntu 22.04 on ETP Strict.

With Standard ETP in Private Browsing Mode based on the new testing flow, the issue does not reproduce in Android, only in Desktop.

The "Allow X" in the shield icon works. However, our smartblock embed isn't shown. There is some weird iframe going on here (embedding some ampproject) frame that then loads the tweet.

Oh I see that this is why this bug depends on Bug 1963451.
