Some sites expect Twitter's platform script successfully load, and to perhaps have provided a minimal object such as window.twttr.widgets
. As such shimming https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
can prevent some site bustage.

This bug has many depending bugs related to specific sites.
However, they are about the common problem of "Twitter content and links on each site not working with 3rd party cookies blocked".
I think we should not file tons of site-specific bugs with the same cause.
