Since moving from 1.1b to 1.1, I can't click the 'favicon' image in the left of
the address bar text to bring up File Bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up a URL.
2. Click on the image beside the URL text in the address bar.
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla would previously bring up the File Bookmark dialog to add the current URL.
