Steps to reproduce:
I visited a website where a fingerprinter was blocked (https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/20/politics/aoc-2022-senate-schumer/index.html).
I then switched to another window using Alt-Tab.
Actual results:
I got a notification in the UI that a fingerprinter was blocked. When I switched to another window (Terminal), the notification displayed over that window.
Expected results:
The notification should've confined itself to the Firefox UI and not displayed over the other application's window.
