A few nits for the tops sites:
- pin and text coloring is incorrect
- Text below each shortcut is not centered
- Text below each shortcut needs more padding on the top
- Meatball menu on each shortcut should fade in opacity.

I have verified the following using Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 (20210120095121) on macOS 10.15, Windows 10 x64, and Ubuntu Linux 20.04 with the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newNewtabExperience.enabled pref value set to true:
- The "padding-top" for the text below each shortcut is 8px.
- The text below each shortcut is centered.
- The pinned symbol and the shortcut title color is #151515.
- The meatball menu on each shortcut has a 200ms opacity.
