In both bug 1667348 and bug 1684004 people were rightfully complaining that it can take forever to figure out breakage from blob url partitioning. We should have a console warning.

But don't we have now basically web-incompatible feature enabled and we should just disable that feature until it has been fixed to behave in some more reasonable way?

(but sure, perhaps a warning is ok too)
