This is the tracking bug for the blob URL partitioning.

For my own bookkeeping: a problem that remains here is outlined in bug 1667348 comment 6 onward. We need a design whereby they are partitioned, but top-level navigations continue to succeed (i.e., blob URLs are still globally registered and for the purposes of top-level navigation they are globally looked up).

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: New privacy/anti-tracking related feature
[Affects Firefox for Android]: No
[Suggested wording]: As part of total cookie protection, Firefox now supports the partitioning of Blob URLs, this mitigates a potenial tracking vector that third party agents could have used to track an individual.
