Short-lived files sometimes appear in directories managed by the Quota Manager, and they may also disappear while iterating over directory entries. Probably the lifetime of these files is controlled by external software (antivirus, backup or similar). There already exist some precautions to handle these situations. This meta bug tracks remaining such issues or regressions that are introduced.

Closing this since all the bugs this depends on have been fixed.
