+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1685551 +++
rdf code in the subscribe dialog was removed in Bug 1425962. Currently SeaMonkey and Thunderbird share the same code. Unfortunately some of the previous features are now missing after the update.
- The subscribe tree opens up fully unfolded which it didn't before.
- The column header "Subscribe" and the column selector is no longer present.
- Sorting is not possible.
We should try to bring at least some of the features back.

This patch:
- Adds back the headers
- Gives sort back for names of newsgroups in search results
I suspect to get more than this would require a rewrite of how tree views and subscribe search results work.

Setting milestone to 2.53 because currently this will only end up in 2.53 and later 2.57.
l10n only changes in comm-central
