For my online banking, after entering the security check codes, which should
then lead to the main screen: the screen just remains blank.

I think it has something to do with Secure http, or with Java Console. Anyway,
it's worth a check with the bank's programmers: check www.rabobank.nl, and
probably [e-mail]

Actual Results:  
Blank screen instead of banking screen.

Expected Results:  
Show banking accounts etc.

no further info, just a blank screen, that remains blank.

Sorry, with that little info not much can be done about this. Do any messages
appear in the Javascript console? (To view the JS console, type 'javascript:'
(without quotes) in the address bar.) Or does the site use Java (not Javascript)?

Does it also happen if you enter an invalid security check code? I.e. could it
be reproduced by someone who isn't a customer of that bank, if they entered
garbage (or nothing) in the box?

From the looks of it, you do need to be a customer to access it. Reporter needs
to do as asked in comment #1

Is this the URL of the blank page?

Try this:
-> Edit -> preferences -> advanced -> scripts & windows
-> enable 'allow webpages to "open unrequested windows"'

Popup killers/stoppers have the same effect.
I see this every day at work, though mostly with MSIE users.
It's a pity Mozilla doesn't show a yellow warning triangle in the
statusbar like MSIE does whenever it sees a Javascript error.

PS. If there are more Rabobank problems found in the future, 
I don't mind doing some testing to find a solution/cause.

I'm having the same problem.
I always forget to switch on 'Open unrequested windows' before going to this
banking site, resulting in the reported bug. :)
so: If "Open unrequested windows" is enabled it worksforme.

We're getting a lot of these bug reports lately where people DISABLE pop-ups and
then a site (which spawns a new broswer window) stops working properly. Enabling
pop-ups again (or specifically allowing from this site) fixes the problem. So as
far as i can tell it's a SETTINGS problem and therefore i'm marking it INVALID.

Reporter : try enabling pop-ups and if this still results in a blank page
re-open this bug.
