1689772 - Twisty arrow in message thread doesn't highlight properly when message row is selected on Mac

When the message row is selected and focused, the twisty arrow should inherit the highlight color like the attachment icon does.

First, this was a Mac only bug. I extended the patch to use also the correct colours also when the message with the twisty has a tag to all platforms. Especially with a light tag colour like the Work tag.

Yeah, sorry I didn't specify it in the message, I only added the macOS flag tot he bug and I thought it was enough.

I thought it [OS flag] was enough

Absolutely standard procedures, and normally sufficient for insiders. But some times the Categories and other bugzilla sections are collapsed and the details not visible. And putting OS in the summary (something I frequently do) makes it far more obvious, especially when skimming bug titles.
