1689850 - mozregression incorrectly refuses to use profile where lock file exists

From bug 1689722.

mozregression complains that Firefox was in use because it detected a lock file. I have been manually deleting the lock file, but this is a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Open profile directory
3. Quit Firefox normally
4. Look in profile directory
5. lock file is present
6. Start mozregression with command like: mozregression --good 80 --profile /path/to/profile

What happens:

mozregression says "unable to start application. error: no such file or directory /path/to/profile/lock

Expected result:

mozregression successfully uses the profile to perform testing on.
