Steps to reproduce:

I put the thunderbird window in the bottom right corner of my screen, flush with the edges, then closed and reopened.

Actual results:

When reopened, it placed it close, but shifted it up and to the left ~10px.

Expected results:

That it would reopen at the same position it was when closed.
