User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:85.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/85.0
Steps to reproduce:
Having used Ctrl-Shift-Enter, a message in the Outbox cannot be sent without re-editing as a new message.
Actual results:
Nothing.
Expected results:
In the context menu (at least) should be a "Send Now" option, and Ctrl-Enter should actually send it.

How long did you wait after selecting "Send Later"? What makes you think it is non-functional?

Ctrl-shift-Enter sends a new message to the Outbox immediately - that works. There is no way to despatch it from there. There is no "Send Now" option.

File > Send Unsent Messages works for me and I don't even need to have the message in the Outbox selected.

Good grief! That is obscure - under the File menu! Wrong place - it should be under Message, context menu, and More. Also, there is no keyboard shortcut. One should not have to hunt through every illogical place to find a simple command.
Please address, somebody.
Thanks.

Sounds like a duplicate of bug 89665 and others listed there.
