When there is a /remote/cdp folder (see bug 1690474) we should reorganize the /remote/test folder. The Puppeteer subfolder will be kept, while browser and unit have to be moved to /remote/cdp.
It would be good to have the tests closer to the appropriate domains but this might not be worth the time for CDP, and should be kept in mind when designing the structure for BiDi.
