Details

We have been asked to move NSS documentation off of MDN. It seems reasonable to move this documentation in-tree, then render it at https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/. Similar projects that moved away from MDN have done exactly this.

In terms of prioritization, we should start with the NSS release notes.
