Steps to reproduce:
In the Thunderbird 86 beta, the unread message count shown in the folder list now includes unread messages in subfolders. When using the unified view, this can get confusing.
I have an IMAP account where the Drafts, Sent, Junk and Trash folders are subfolders to the Inbox folder. The unified view moves these folders out from the Inbox folder and places them as separate special folders.
However, the unread message count still shows up as if it were subfolders to the Inbox, even though the folders are "moved" out to separate locations in the tree.
Actual results:
See the attached screenshot where the unread Junk messages are included in the Inbox subfolder count, even though there are no visible subfolders.
Expected results:
The unread messages in the Junk folder shouldn't have been included in the Inbox subfolder count.
