when you attach files in the attachment window syou are now able to attach
multiple files. But the title of the attach window is still "Enter file to
attach". Perhaps more correct it should be "Enter file(s) to attach"
20020916
If you're going to change the text, i'd suggest "Attach File(s)". Book title
capitalization should be used and the name of the dialog should match the menu
command from which it opened.

you should probably wait until all platforms support multiple file attachment
before making this change.

Using trunk build 20030317 on linux and 20030318 on winxp and mac osx this is
fixed. Attach File's is the title of this window. Note MacOSX doesn't work
yet for attaching multiple files, so I only tested Winxp and linux for
functionality.
