For Proton onboarding purposes, we should add an IntPref like browser.engagement.pam-pinTab.used-count (proposed name by UX) right where the browser_ui_interaction_pageaction_panel.pinTab keyed scalar telemetry probe is incremented.

This pref does not need to be added to firefox.js.

I've verified this on Beta 87.0b3, and I see the new pref. I've updated the bug status. As said in BUG#1692218, just in case, this was added as browser.engagement.pageAction-panel-pinTab.used-count.
