User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/88.0.4324.150 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I go to https://www.youtube.com/ and press the Mouse3 to scroll down.
Actual results:
The scroll become jerky when loading the extra content.
After scrolling up feels smooth when the Profiling is on but when is off is worse.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Matt, looking at the SW-WR profile in the OP, it looks like we have little spikes in the renderer thread where UnmapTile is taking a lot of time in D3D. This is probably related to the work you're already doing there...
