Steps to reproduce:

Sometimes when i drag a tab, it becomes overlapped with each other. When this issue happens, it is impossible to press any button inside the firefox toolbar. Although this issue happened to me quite often, i could not managed to reproduce it.

Actual results:

Two tab overlapped each other and i could not press any button inside the toolbar.

Expected results:

When i dragged the tab i should have changed its place with the other tab.
