1693177 - Apply Proton stylings to the Proton-specific Firefox Accounts menu

Each item in the Proton-specific Firefox Accounts menu should follow the same rules as the other items in the AppMenu, with 8px of padding, and 8px of margin.

The "Sign in" button should have:

• Default: background-color: rgb(240,240,244);
• Hover: background-color:rgb(224,224,230);
• Active: background-color:rgb(207,207,216);
• padding: 7px 14px

The label should flex the "Sign in" button to the right edge of the panel.

I'll include more details as I get them.
