Akk, that is pretty bad!

1. Open Outgoing Server settings
2. Click Advanced - Advanced Outgoing Server Settings dialog opens
3. Click Add - SMTP Server dialog opens
4. Don't enter any data at all and click OK

Results: an empty entry is created! On the Advanced Outgoing Server Settings
dialog, you can highlight the last row, which is blank.

Expected: What is required data here? A Server Name and a Port? If the user
clicks OK and BOTH of these fields have not had data entered into them, show a
dialog:

Title: <ProductName>
Message: A server name and port must be entered.
Button: OK
"Please enter a valid server name" seems to be more appropriate with the rest of
account manager/wizard alerts. Is that ok with you?
>"Please enter a valid server name"
Yes, better :-) Does a valid port need to be entered as well? Or only a server?
Port is not necessary and hence only a check for server name is sufficient.
