Steps to reproduce:
- Loading the extension in
about:debugging
- Click the Inspect button and
about:devtools-toolbox
opens with the extension - I'm testing the extension
- I want to refresh the extension - I need to go back to the
about:debugging
tab - I go back to
about:devtools-toolbox
with the extension
Actual results:
I have extra recurring steps at work.
The about:debugging
page has no dark mode and it burns my eyes out when I go just reload the extension.
Expected results:
I want the Reload Web Extension Button in about:devtools-toolbox
.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::about:debugging' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Adding a way to reload the extension from about:devtools-toolbox sounds like a good idea.
The about:debugging page has no dark mode
Dark mode was added in Bug 1712511

You should be able to now reload the addon by pressing F5, or Command-or-Ctrl + R.
This has probably been added via bug 1708635 and/or bug 1718279.
I'm not sure it is worth adding a reload button to surface this?

I would say yes, it's worth surfacing. Note that we have all the navigation buttons available in about:devtools-toolbox when debugging a tab
