[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Some menu strings are not localized

Some menu strings are not localized in Firefox87.0b2.
This is regression from Firefox86.0.

See attached screenshot.

Thanks for filing this, but this is pretty much INVALID.

Localization is done by volunteers, and Japanese typically translates at the end of the Beta cycle (and not in Pontoon).

EDIT: sorry, meant INVALID, not WONTFIX. Hopefully, it should be fixed in time for 87 release, but we also don't track incomplete localization via bugs.

At least,
Bug 1689372 causes the issue of history panel footer.
Bug 1690351 causes the issue of customize toolbar in app menu.
Bug 1690340 causes the issue of dev tools submenu.

Regressed by: 1690351, 1689372, 1690340

Please don't set regressions or tracking flags for this type of bugs.

This is not a regression, this is an expected consequence of how localization works at Mozilla. We ship incomplete localizations all the time, and there is no SLA associated to contribution done by volunteers.
