Let's see if we can access a windows 10 api to add Firefox to the start menu (these are called "Tiles" in windows nomenclature).

Since Edge has "Pin this page to Start" command, it must have an undocumented way to achieve this.
This command only affect "All apps" menu. It did not add Start Menu Tile.
