It currently displays as "Show more", but we're going to need to update that. Here's where it's getting set:

Verified - Fixed in Release 88, Beta 89.0b10 and latest Nightly 90.0a1 (2021-05-10) using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04. "Show More Tabs" is displayed in the FxA panel instead of Show More.
