Spinning this out from bug 1694976.
- Sub menu top headers should be centre aligned (it looks like it's shifted to the right a little bit)
- The sub header “Recent bookmarks” should have equal spacing between hairline above and URL below. It looks like the URL under it might have too much spacing?
- (It's possible this was fixed recently, but we should double-check)
