1694976 - Address feedback from UX on Proton AppMenu

From amylee:

• The grey hit target around the zoom controls feel tight against the icon (needs more padding). See spec for reference. I would make sure the hover states are the same height as the hover on the “100%” - Also it looks like the hover colours are different between the 100% and the other icons?
• The position of the menu is too high and too far to the right of the screen (please reference spec for position
• The hover state on the back arrow in the sub menu should also be left aligned to the hover states in the list items. The back arrow might be a bit too far to the right.
• Sub menu top headers should be centre aligned
• The sub header “Recent bookmarks” should have equal spacing between hairline above and URL below. It looks like the URL under it might have too much spacing?

More issues will be supplied in here by UX. Once they stabilize, I can split this into individual bugs.

Adding feedback from Meridel:

I think the tooltip is most helpful if it describes the action that happens when you select an item + what the item is. The Library panel follows this pattern now (but is a mouthful). We need to revisit all the tooltips and be consistent but for now, to meet deadlines, I am recommending simply:

"Open application menu / Close application menu."
