toolkit/crashreporter/client/crashreporter.cpp has no tests but should. We should make sure it gets covered when we do the Rust rewrite.

Making this block the "zero coverage" bug.

Since the crash reporter rewrite this file (and others) no longer exist, and the new code has tests.
