Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Have more tabs with websites opened
3. Click on X multiple times

Expected result

• Only one modal is shown

Actual result

• Multiple close modals are opened beneath the first one

Regression range

• Will see for a regression

• The issue can be seen in the following attachment
• This issue doesn't seem to affect Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04

Yep, seems like it is reproducible with the STR from Bug 1524249 as well.

I'm confused because bug 1698514 suggests this does happen on Windows...

Reverified, and was still unable to reproduce it on Windows 10 without the title bar active. If title bar is active, more modals will appear.
