This is expected. For a little while we had a macOS build that accidentally excluded SPIRV-Cross, which is a big dependency.
You can see the associated dip here - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1622846#c45
Now we got it re-enabled, so the installer size is back to where it was.
We are working (in the medium-long term) to remove SPIRV-Cross dependency entirely, just not today.
