This is the list the spec defines for MSE byte streams.
We currently only support video/mp4, audio/mp4, video/webm and audio/webm. It would be good to know how often websites would use other types that we don't support and comparing that with the usage of those supported types.
That can help us to know if how large the improvement would be if we support those unsupported types. (Eg. audio/aac, audio/mpeg)

Yes. This collection is Telemetry so can be controlled through Firefox's Preferences.

Category 1, Technical.
Is the data collection request for default-on or default-off?
Default on for all channels.
Does the instrumentation include the addition of any new identifiers?
No.
Is the data collection covered by the existing Firefox privacy notice?
Yes.
Does there need to be a check-in in the future to determine whether to renew the data?
No. This collection is permanent.
