Using sep20 commercial trunk If I'm reading the decision correctly in bug 168935, we're not going to have a close button in the filter list dialog (and decision was also to not have OK/Cancel). That bug has been marked fixed, but now there's a blank pseudo button at the bottom right -- please remove it.
I believe that is the new Status Bar. It does look odd. Can the status bar run across the entire bottom the the dialog, like the Search Message window? See attachment below.
Yep, that's the "button". Sorry, didn't know that was a status bar.
Summary: Filter List dialog: remove blank, non-functioning button at bottom right → Filter List dialog: Clean up new status bar (looks like a non-working button).

Make the status bar consistent with the search dialog.

do we want the offline indicator in the filter list dialog? (I'm not sure we want that.) there might be some existing related bugs on which dialogs / windows should have the offline indicator, and which should not. if we do want it should it be on the far right like it is in 3 pane, stand alone msg window, and browser? (If so, we should fix the search dialog) there are some existing bugs on fixing progress and status for running filters manually (for both this dialog and in the other mail windows.) I'm not seeing much status / feedback. I think I saw the "Done" message, but not always.

I don't think its necessary here.
