There is an odd box in lower right-hand corner of Mail Filters dialog. I will
attach a screenshot.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools -> Message Filters...
2. Observe the odd box.

i think it happened after the fix for bug 168935
(also mentioned in bug 177851 and displays in a screenshot in bug 176157)
Can't find a clean dup > New
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
..and it's a dup. What looks like a ghosted button is a strangely designed
statusbar, it seems.
