Bug 1692046 updated the colour we use for URLs in brighttext themes to Proton Primary. We should do the same for darktext themes and the default theme. Unlike Bug 1692046, this new colour should go in browser-custom-colors or equivalent, because Windows and Linux use a native hyperlink color: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=--urlbar-popup-url-color&case=true&path=
