Steps to reproduce:

1. Set browser.proton.contextmenus.enabled to true in about:config and restart Nightly.
2. Download something.
3. Right-click the downloaded item in the download panel and click the "Remove From History" menu item.

Actual results:

The download history has not been removed.

Expected results:

The download history should be removed.
