These perftest cloudflare tests are waiting for releng-hardware/gecko-t-win10-64-hw machines. None of those is active and none of those with a task start and end time for the latest task executed on them has a recent date, maybe the "N/A" ones were recently active.

The lack of active instances also explains the omission in the list at https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/provisioners/releng-hardware

Last successful execution for the perftest cloudflare tasks was Mar 9th 4am UTC. After that the tasks failed to get machines.

shouldn't we be using releng-hardware/gecko-t-win10-64-1803-hw ? I am not sure if there was a pool of t-win10-64 and that existed in the past but was cleaned up in the last few weeks.
