Details
The "Set as Personal Toolbar" command in the View menu, when managing bookmarks,
has no effect.
I deleted the original personal toolbar folder and replaced it with one from an
earlier build -- now no bookmarks other than "Home" appear in the toolbar. Tried
a number of times to reassign it with the "set as personal toolbar" command - no
effect.
