Sorry for the bad bug title but it's hard to describe with only a few words. I attached a screenshot to show the issue.

With Proton the :hover of a downloaded item in the downloads panel "looks wrong" even if it's not really wrong in a technical sense. It should probably more styled as the :hover of menu items (some spacing around the item, slightly rounded corners).
