STR:
- Enable Standalone searchbar
- Click Magnifying glass icon
- Compare Searchnar and Addressbar
Actual results:
Inconsistent border.
Especially Proton(browser.proton.enabled=true,browser.proton.urlbar.enabled=true), no border searchbar dropdown.

The urlbar panel just has box-shadow and a transparent border.

The searchbar panel has a similar box-shadow effect and no visible border. The border-radius is a little bigger but I think this looks close enough to call this fixed.
