Tested on:
Nightly 89.0a1 - DE build
Beta 88.0b4 - De build
TestedPlatform:
MacOS 10.15
Windows 7
Optional:
Reproducible with the proton prefs enabled as well
Steps to reproduce:
- Open https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
- Click on the Camera or Microphone button
Expected Results:
All the strings should be translated to German.
Actual Results:
On the WebRTC Permission Panel the "Allow [example.com] to use ..." string is not localized on DE builds
- same for each other string that requires: mic or camera access
Notes:
Might be due to Bug 1695082 when the strings got changed in support for Proton Permission Panel changes. The old strings are properly localized on Firefox Release 86 and 87. Marking it as a regression although not sure if localization is fully landed for DE, feel free to remove the regression tag if need be.

There is no SLA for localization, and those strings haven't been translated into German yet. I also don't think this is Proton specific, as in these strings should be used independently from the Proton flags.
If the goal is to test a build for localization issues, notably strings that are hard-coded or layout problems, I'd suggest to use Italian.
