Prerequisites

• browser.proton.enabled = true
• browser.proton.tabs.enabled = true
• browser.proton.places-tooltip.enabled = true

Affected versions

• 89.0a1

Affected platforms

• Windows 10
• Ubuntu
• MacOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox.
2. Open a few tabs
3. Hover over the first tab.
4. Observe the tooltip alignment.

Expected result

• Tooltip should be aligned with to the left of the tab in line with the tab border.

Actual Result

• Tooltip is misaligned and its a few pixels to the left of the tab border.

Regression range

• Will look for one ASAP.

I thought this was communicated but maybe it got missed, we dropped tooltips from our scope for MR1 so please disable tooltip specific preferences for QA! (also now pinged on Slack QA channel)
