Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with and set Default/ Light or Dark theme.
- Observe the Minimize, Maximize, Close buttons.
Expected result
- Buttons are displayed as expected.
Actual result
- Buttons are lacking contrast.
Regression range
- From what I see this started with bug 1698032.
Notes
- Attached a screen recording.
- The issue is not visible when using a custom theme or Alpenglow theme.
- When the title bar or menu bar is enabled the buttons are displayed as expected as well.

Realistically we're not going to be fixing win7 styling bugs on esr115 at this point.
