Details

In the composition window, when user enters multiple addresses (be it To:, Cc:,
Bc:) and each address is placed on a different line, it should be possible to
navigate between each address input field using the up/down arrows.

For an example of the requested behaviour, use Netscape 4.x, new mail message,
enter multiple addresses and play around with up/down arrows.
