Steps to reproduce

1. OS and Firefox set on dark theme;
2. Access about:devtools
3. Scroll down and observe the icons;

Expected result

• icons are properly displayed;

Actual result

• with dark theme, some colors are not as visible as on the light theme setup:

• Console, Debugger, Network, Storage;
• hex codes that would need revision: #031537, #1c2142

Regression range

• with 78.9.0esr - the background color is a bit more dimmed making the button details a bit more visible;
• last good build_date: 2021-03-28;
• first bad build_date: 2021-03-29;
• Pushlog URL;
• visible after patch on bug 1699250;

Additional notes

• became more visible with changes to the color accents used with Proton;
• attached screenshot with the issue;
• remains to confirm on macOS.
