Just to be clear, this is to fix the issue of: when the window is maximized and the cursor is all the way at the top of the screen above the button, the button is now actually slightly below it and you have to move your cursor down to click it.

Hey there's an issue here: when in "Touch" density, the button is actually narrower than it is in "Normal" density. It shoulder be wider when in "Touch" density! It should at least be the same width as in "Normal" density

Filed bug 1704781.

Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 89.0a1 (2021-04-15) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 20.04 x64 and on macOS 10.15.
