STR:
- click on a notification icons that don't immediately open a panel, like a web notification icon or the DRM icon
Expected:
The position of the URL does not change.
Actual:
Please see the attached video.
(by the way: the background color of the icon - when clicked - is different than the background color of the other icons with opened panel. Is this intended? If not, I can file an other bug, but I am not sure since there was no background color pre Proton. The padding and the height are different as well.)
