After disabling ETP for a site, the striped background of the ETP toggle at the top of the protections panel has an odd padding on the left and right

STR:
- Open any website in a tab
- Click the shield icon in the URL bar
- Click the toggle next to "Enhanced Tracking Protection is ON for this site" at the top
- Wait for the page to reload, then click the shield icon again.
Expected result:
The striped background spans all the way across the width of the panel, or isn't there at all, or something.
Actual result:
Whitespace on the left and right, looks odd.

Looking at the screenshot, I'd also say that the margin-top of the "Site fixed? Send report" link is too small, same with the "Allowed" and "Why?" below the toggle section (i.e. of the protections categories section)
