Some IRC networks no longer seem to exist:

• serenia
• solidirc

Some have changed their server addresses:

• ircnet
• efnet

Others have additional server addresses:

• dalnet
• undernet
• quakenet

Also added servers for those that accept secure connections on port 6697

LGTM

Not sure how much good some of the servers are because seem not to carry any channels but at least the connect works.
